利用城市污水处理厂的剩余污泥对水中F-进行吸附处理,通过污泥投加量、F-初始质量浓度、时间、pH等反应条件的研究,探讨除氟效果和影响因素。结果表明,室温下,污泥对F-的吸附在60 min后达到平衡;20 g/L的污泥投加量对10 mg/L含氟水的F-去除率可达83.1%;污泥可在3~10的较大pH范围内保持稳定的除氟效果。准二级动力学模型很好地拟合了污泥对F-的吸附行为,Langmuir和Freundlich模型均符合污泥对F-的吸附特性,热力学参数的计算表明该吸附过程是自发的放热反应。 相似文献

Spectroscopic characterization of AgI-ion-mediated C-AgI-A and C-AgI-T base pairs found in primer extension reactions catalyzed by DNA polymerases was conducted. UV melting experiments revealed that C-A and C-T mismatched base pairs in oligodeoxynucleotide duplexes are specifically stabilized by AgI ions in 1:1 stoichiometry in the same manner as a C-C mismatched base pair. Although the stability of the mismatched base pairs in the absence of AgI ions is in the order C-A≈C-T>C-C, the stabilizing effect of AgI ions follows the order C-C>C-A≈C-T. However, the comparative susceptibility of dNTPs to AgI-mediated enzymatic incorporation into the site opposite templating C is dATP>dTTP≫dCTP, as reported. The net charge, as well as the size and/or shape complementarity of the metal-mediated base pairs, or the stabilities of mismatched base pairs in the absence of metal ions, would be more important than the stability of the metallo-base pairs in the replicating reaction catalyzed by DNA polymerases. 相似文献

Indium-free flexible transparent conductive thin films (TCFs) composed of silver nanowire (AgNW) networks and Sb doped SnO2 (ATO) layers were prepared on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates. The ATO layers were deposited via radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering at room temperature. The AgNWs were achieved via a modified polyol reduction method and embedded between the ATO layers. The effects of AgNW networks and ATO layers on electrical and optical properties of the ATO/AgNWs/ATO flexible tri-layer thin films are investigated. The ATO layers can improve the optical transmittance and reduce the resistivity of tri-layers, and the corresponding mechanisms are proposed. Typically, an ATO/AgNWs/ATO flexible tri-layers show a high figure of merit value (30.06 × 10-3 Ω-1) with a low sheet resistance of 7.1 Ω/sq. and a high transmittance of 85.7%. Meanwhile, the tri-layers present excellent mechanical flexibility, and the ATO layers acted as the protecting layers improve the adhesive and environmental stability at high temperature and humidity for the ATO/AgNWs/ATO flexible tri-layers. A low‐powered and highly selective photomechanical sensor system mimicking stomata in the epidermis of leaves harvested from nature is demonstrated. This device uses a light‐responsive composite consisting of 4‐amino‐1,1′‐azobenzene‐3,4′‐disulfonic acid monosodium salt (AZO) and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) coated on a membrane with tens of nanometer‐size pores. The ionic current change through the pore channels as a function of pore size variation is then measured. The tran–cis isomerism of AZO–PDDA during light irradiation and the operation mechanism of photomechanical ion channel sensor are discussed and analyzed using UV–vis spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy analysis. It presents the discriminative current levels to the different light wavelengths. The response time of the photoreceptor is about 0.2 s and it consumes very low operating power (≈15 nW) at 0.1 V bias. In addition, it is found that the change of the pore diameter during the light irradiation is due to the photomechanical effect, which is capable of distinguishing light intensity and wavelength. 相似文献

The synergistic effect of bark resin of Schinus molle (BRSM) and iodide ions in 0.5 M sulfuric acid has been studied for the first time by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements; also, the surface morphology has been analyzed by scanning electron microscopy–energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopic analysis in the present work. The results show that the BRSM and iodide ions have an evident synergistic inhibition effect in a 0.5-M sulfuric acid solution. The adsorption of the BRSM/iodide ion system follows the Langmuir adsorption isotherm and acts as a mixed-type inhibitor in sulfuric acid. The BRSM/iodide ion system is an effective inhibitor for API5L X70 pipeline steel in the 0.5-M sulfuric acid solution. The maximum percentage inhibition efficiency is equal to 99% at 1 g/L BRSM + 2 mM KI. 相似文献
